Story Core
Keep the durable record of a series: characters, places, scenes, timeline, terminology, continuity facts, and clue/payoff work. Findings are review prompts—not automatic decisions about your story.
Work top to bottom in six steps: plan the series here, create each book with its genre, then write the book in Writers Studio, where that choice sets up the craft tools. Each step shows what you have already saved.

Step 1Choose or create a series
Every record below belongs to one series. Open one you already started, or create a new one.

Step 2Build the story record
Add the people, places, scenes, timeline, terms, and clues you want the continuity check to protect. Each card lists what you have saved so far; the full tables are at the end of the page.
Step 3Facts, premise, and continuity decisions
Record the facts that must stay true, the premise and reader promise, links from records to scenes, then run the continuity report and decide each prompt as the author.

Continuity decisions
A finding is a review prompt. Record accept, ignore, or repair with your rationale, then rerun after a repair.
Step 4Create the book in this series
Steps 5 and 6 act on a book. Create the first book here (or add one from Writers Studio), then record the series-canon decision for it.
Step 5Write the book in Writers Studio
Writers Studio is where the manuscript gets written: chapters, the genre craft library, revision passes, grammar and style checks, and exports. Choose the series book, then open it there. Everything you saved in Steps 2 and 3 stays with the series and is one click away from the Studio.
Open in Writers StudioSeries book
Choose the book to write. The quick tools below act on that same book from here: paste in a chapter, run the manuscript diagnostic, or keep the cover brief with the book.
No book selected yet. Create one in Step 4, then choose it here to unlock Writers Studio and the packaging tools.
Step 6Share with editors and readers, then package
Once chapters exist in Writers Studio, invite an editor to suggest tracked changes, create a scoped beta-reader link, and build the validated release receipt. Each card shows its own result and lets you reload what was saved. When the invitations are out, continue in the editorial workspace, where you accept or reject each suggested change.
Next: open the editorial workspaceChapter versions
Every saved chapter keeps its earlier versions. Load them here to restore one; a safety snapshot is kept before any restore.
